We're looking for Plant & Excavator Operators to join a growing highways maintenance business carrying out essential vegetation clearance and maintenance works across the UK. If you've got experience on excavators, tractors or other plant machinery, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating 360 excavators (up to 10 tonnes)
- Driving tractors and specialist plant machinery
- Carrying out ditching and excavation works
- Supporting vegetation and highway maintenance projects
- Operating flails, mowers, tree shears and mulchers (where trained)
- Working as part of an experienced highways team
- Keeping the road network safe and maintained
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating excavators, tractors or plant machinery
- A good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work nights and travel to different sites
- A focus on working safely
- Team player with a can-do attitude
Bonus Points If You Have:
- CPCS, NPORS or CSCS Cards
- Highways Passport or ROLO
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Experience with Fastrac machinery
- Tree Shear, Mulcher or Sidearm experience
- Arb or Grounds Maintenance experience
