We have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Operations Manager to join this renowned charity in Tooting, London. The organization provides business support to young people through one-to-one sessions, workshops, tailored programmes, spaces to test trade, and mentoring from industry experts and founders.

Our client transforms young lives through enterprise by offering holistic and personalised business guidance to marginalised young entrepreneurs aged 16 to 30 across London. They support young people in starting their own business, gaining employment, or pursuing education and training, fostering confidence and helping them fulfil their potential.
About the role
The Part Time Operations Manager will be responsible to the CEO for implementing and developing the charity's operations and the centre. You will lead operational staff, align activities with strategic goals, and work with stakeholders to shape the future direction of the organization, aiming to develop it as a community asset.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Management - planning, reporting, managing, and delivering projects
- Centre Operations - planning maintenance, forming partnerships, tenant liaison, and managing budgets
- Charity Operations - embedding processes, supporting HR with recruitment, and managing risks
