Our client has an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite & Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Bracknell. This is an ideal role for someone at an early stage of their career who enjoys solving problems, working with data and developing their technical skills.
Working closely with the IT Manager, you'll receive training and support as you help maintain the business systems that support daily operations, with NetSuite at the heart of your role.
What you'll be doing
You'll provide day-to-day systems support to colleagues across the business, helping to resolve issues, maintain accurate data and improve processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting and administering NetSuite, including sales orders, inventory, user access, records and custom fields
Investigating system issues and maintaining reports, dashboards and saved searches
Monitoring daily delivery processes, data transfers and system integrations
Supporting Shopify and Sigma users with queries, reporting and data accuracy
Providing first-line IT support, including equipment setup and new starter access
Maintaining clear system documentation and assisting with data protection requests
As your knowledge grows, you'll take on greater responsibility for resolving issues and improving how the business uses its systems.
About the hours and rewards
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm, primarily office-based in Bracknell with one flexible day working from home. As NetSuite & Business Systems Analyst, you’ll receive:
Salary of £32,000 – £35,000 per annum
20 days' holiday plus
