We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Part-time Marketing Manager to join our client’s award-winning homecare and live-in company at their busy office in Ringwood, Hampshire.
About the role
As a Part-time Marketing Manager, you will champion customer and carer marketing and communications across the organisation as well as writing and implementing an integrated marketing plan. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Director to develop, manage, and implement the marketing strategy and lead on its execution.
- Preparing monthly reports with observations and insights on KPIs for the Director.
- Updating microsites regularly and optimizing content for SEO.
- Supporting HR & Recruitment Manager to organize local events aligned with the marketing strategy.
- Collaborating with the Director on HR & Recruitment to optimize recruitment marketing strategies for care staff and office roles.
- Creating and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Managing company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
About You
This role is suited for someone eager to explore all aspects of the marketing mix. Social Care is a high-growth, fast-moving industry where no two days are the same. You should have / be:
- Excellent WordPress skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Paid Search
- Experience in both customer and candidate marketing strategies
- Experience enhancing SEO performance
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Video Editing Software
Rewards
As a Part-time Marketing Manager, you will work 16 to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary is circa £30,000 to £40,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. Benefits include:
