We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Executive to join this super manufacturer in Bedford. In this role you will drive market communications through various media to effectively represent the company's brand, products and services to customers and prospects.

With a history dating back to 1799 they have changed significantly over the past 200 years plus, yet they remain perfectly placed to offer reliable, trustworthy and credible solutions for Occupational and Environmental monitoring or noise and dust - with over 40 years of innovation in noise monitoring, and 60 years in dust monitoring.
About the role
As a Marketing and Communications Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and co-ordinate service providers such as creative and PR agencies.
- Maintain administrative control of advertising, PR, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns, with a focus on delivering on time and on budget performance.
- Liaise with sales to identify new customers and market areas to develop prospects to their maximum potential, through the use of marketing tools and promotional campaigns.
- Manage agencies to maximise effectiveness/address services not meeting expectations.
- Maintain, update, and analyse web site content to optimise landing pages, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage web images, graphics, keywords, and video production to achieve a high rate of leads/conversions.
- Produce multi-lingual datasheets and other marketing material.
- Manage and co-ordinate company exhibitions, road shows, courses with analysis of post event lead generation.
- Develop adverts, sales aids, and exhibition graphics.
- Be a key user of the CRM, Email and web CMS systems.
- Work with the Global Marketing Manager to develop and implement improvements to enhance lead generation.
About you
To be successful for the role of Marketing and Communications Executive you must have/be:
- Marketing or Business Studies degree including significant elements of marketing communications (or equivalent).
- Experience of working in an office environment in a marketing department/role.
- This role may be your 2nd/3rd position since leaving University.
- Creative with experience devising web/digital campaigns.
- Adobe Creative Suite full proficiency including Photoshop/InDesign for advertising.
- Demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritise effectively against deadlines.
- Computer literate and intermediate level knowledge of publishing and e-mail marketing systems.
- Strong English language skills, written and spoken word.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Team player.
Hours & Rewards
Your hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break. There is a salary on offer of £28,000 to £35,000 per annum plus you will receive:
