Porsche Retail Group have an excellent opportunity for a Parts Apprentice to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre West London. This impressive Centre is a state-of-the-art building with a Barista service coffee bar, close to public transport links, heavily subsidised parking and is located 5 minutes’ walk from Chiswick High Road, which is full of shops and restaurants.

About the role: As a Parts Apprentice, you will:
- Effectively interpret, order and supply all customer parts requirements, ensuring that the commercial and operational requirements are met at all times.
- Source and supply the workshop with the correct parts in an efficient time frame.
- Take and qualify incoming enquiries in person, by phone or by e-mail, recommending value adding services where appropriate.
- Accurate entry of client information and orders utilising specifically designated systems.
- Ensure all documentation is raised in a timely manner and in line with company policies.
- General administration.
- Treat customers in a professional & courteous manner at all times.
- Ensure that all parts orders are dealt with in the most efficient manner.
