We have a superb opportunity for a Commercial Manager within a market leading aluminium curtain walling, window and multi material façade company based in Enfield, North London.

With a wealth of experience and a strong financial position our client offers architects, developers and main contractors a single source of high specification products, from pre-planning and concept design right through to installation and ongoing maintenance.
About the role
As Commercial Manager you will ensure sound management of project finances, liaise with the Project Managers and demonstrate commercial awareness as well as legal knowledge, whilst negotiating with customers and subcontractors. The Commercial Manager will ensure that the past, current and future projected financial status of all their construction projects is accurately reported and forecast. You will work closely with the Commercial Director to review all contracts with customers and subcontractors before they are signed.
