This high-profile Property Management company are recruiting for a Communal Block Manager, to inspect 40+ Properties a week in London and surrounding areas.

About the company

Our client specialises in managing large scale new builds and property conversions, often whilst the works are still underway, having vast experience and a dedicated and hardworking approach. The company ensures that their properties are managed to a professional standard and in line with current compliance standards whilst conducting tasks relating to sourcing and signing up tenants, property repairs, utility bills, accounts, and licensing.

About the role

As a Communal Block Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Weekly inspection of properties
  • Follow ups to any issues i.e arranging rubbish removal, fixing door closures
  • Ensuring that the communal area is managed to high standard
  • Contacting tenants should the need arise
  • Logging in to CCTV System as part of a follow up process
  • Ensuring that all rectifications listed have been followed up and completed
  • Communicating well with the rest of the team

About you

To be successful for the role of Communal Block Manager, you must have / be:

  • Experience in the building / property industry
  • Able to carry out minor maintenance repairs
  • Hands on approach
  • A high standard of written and verbal English
  • A good grasp of Microsoft Programmes (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Well versed in importing data and logging reports
