An opportunity has arisen for an experienced self-employed health and safety consultant with deep construction experience to support our clients’ team in delivering construction related health & safety consultancy to a national client base. This is a home based role and you will be travelling to client sites. Please note: This is a part-time role for a minimum of 3 days per week.

About the role
As a self-employed Health & Safety Consultant, you will need deep construction experience to support our client’s team in delivering construction related Health & Safety consultancy to a national client base.
About you
- A minimum of NEBOSH General & Construction certificates are essential, CMIOSH an advantage.
- The applicant will ideally be based in the South of England (South of Luton).
- Construction experience is essential as the role will require development of Construction Phase Plans, Traffic Management Plans, Construction site FRA’s, Accident investigations, development of RAMS along with site safety inspections.
- Experience in face to face on site training would be an advantage.
About the rewards
For the role of self-employed Health & Safety Consultant, there is a day rate on offer of circa £225 to £250, depending on experience, plus travel allowance.
