Exciting News! Porsche Retail Group is expanding our team and have an excellent opportunity for a Porsche Pro to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre Hatfield. The Porsche Centre is located by Hatfield Business Park and has staff parking, a gym close by, a newly refurbished staff area which has a pool table, darts and a TV. The Porsche Centre is a 5-minute drive to The Galleria shopping centre and Hatfield Retail Park.
Please note: To be considered for this position, you must hold a full UK driving licence and be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes when driving Porsche’s full range of products.
About the role
Working in the Porsche showroom, as a Porsche Pro you will:
- Create experiences that go beyond sales and give visitors to our Porsche Centre an experience to remember.
- Introduce visitors to the exciting world of Porsche, sharing unique brand and product insights, creating real moments of intrigue, curiosity and fascination, and making them feel a part of the Porsche story.
- Inspire visitors, filling them with enthusiasm to get behind the wheel without obligation, and ultimately transforming them into Porsche owners – and loyal clients.
- Use your encyclopaedic knowledge of the brand, honest advice and natural conversational charm to ensure every visitor feels as if they’re comfortably chatting about a car you’re both passionate about.
- Provide information to help customers make the right decision on the perfect car.
- Analyse customer needs, interests and specific preferences, using your extensive knowledge to identify the appropriate model and recommend optional features that will truly benefit the customers’ lifestyle.
- Initiate customer investment in the Porsche story and their favourite model, before introducing them to your Sales Consultant colleagues.
- Be a constant provider of support, proactively sharing your expertise with others.
About the rewards
For the role of Porsche Pro, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm (with a designated day off) and every Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm. There is a basic salary on offer of £28,000 per annum, with an annual bonus of circa £2,500. You will also receive a fantastic benefits package, including:
