We have an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the team of the UK’s leading and award-winning independent home interior brands based in Bracknell, Berkshire. A hybrid working pattern is available.

About the role

This is a great opportunity to join an independent award-winning home interior brand, passionate about producing quality, contemporary and inspiring pieces designed in-house. We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to comprehensively support the CEO. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

As an Executive Assistant, you will take responsibility and ownership of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance and important documents and files as well as assisting the CEO with personal commitments and tasks as required. Key Responsibilities as Executive Assistant will include:

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO, managers, employees, customers and external partners
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with managers and departments
  • Developing, maintaining and refining internal processes and filing systems
  • Coordinating resources to ensure projects and processes remain on schedule
  • Managing the flow of information, communications and projects
  • Managing projects and following-up with team members
  • Professional and personal scheduling for the CEO including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, customer management and other company logistics
  • Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times, and exercising discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Overseeing and coordinating the planning of internal and offsite Company events
  • Researching and preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes

About the rewards

For the role of Executive Assistant, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available. There is a salary on offer of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on your experience.

  • An understanding of the challenges of working in a small but rapidly growing company environment
