We are looking for a Working Construction Foreman to join our client’s team on a project in Harlow to work in and around the London / Essex area.

About the role
As a Working Construction Foreman, it is expected that you will:
- Have solid experience in construction, outstanding leadership personality and the ability to make decisions in complex situations.
- Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals.
- Manage and monitor member’s attendance and work.
- Adhere to relevant safety regulations.
- Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment.
- Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues.
- Allocate and delegate responsibilities.
- Supervise workers.
- Ensure labour and other resources necessary.
About you
To be successful for the role of Working Construction Foreman, you must have / be:
- 5 years of experience as construction management.
- Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
- CSCS card and SMSTS card.
- Emergency First Aid certificate.
