We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supplier Partnerships Manager to join our client's friendly team. The role is full time and hybrid, although there is a requirement to work from the Doncaster office at least one day a week.
The Role
As Supplier Partnerships Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high quality learning solutions through a trusted network of external partners. This position is all about relationships, people leadership and service delivery and you'll work collaboratively with suppliers, internal teams and clients to ensure strong partnerships, positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support a team of Associates, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external suppliers
- Act as a senior escalation point, resolving issues with a calm, solution focused approach
- Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, feedback and quality conversations
- Identify opportunities to improve services, partnerships and ways of working
- Horizon scanning for new ideas, partners and learning solutions
- Work cross-functionally to support growth and new initiatives
- Ensure supplier data, pricing and records are accurate and up to date
- Lead commercial discussions in a fair, balanced and relationship led way
About You
You're a people focused leader who enjoys building strong partnerships and helping others do their best work. Being dynamic and enthusiastic, you'll have the ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time. You're likely to bring experience:
- From a learning, training or development environment.
- Leading and developing a team
- Managing suppliers, partners or service providers
- Demonstrating a collaborative, empathetic leadership style
- Of strong communication and relationship building skills
- Having a practical, solution-focused mindset with commercial awareness
