Porsche Retail Group is expanding our team and we have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Centre Support Assistant / Receptionist to work for one of the world's most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre Guildford. This well-located showroom is about to undergo a major redevelopment. The Porsche Centre is based within the main city area and there are retail parks close by. The dealership offers staff parking and is a 15-minute walk from Guildford main line train station.

About the role
As a Centre Support Assistant / Receptionist, you will provide efficient administration support to the management team, including:
- Welcoming customers and visitors warmly
- Building rapport and quickly assessing their needs
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador, reflecting Porsche Retail Group standards
Core responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Handle customer queries professionally via multiple channels
- Distribute inquiries, calls, and messages accurately and promptly
- Gather and share customer information, maintaining accurate data records
- Ensure customer needs are met across departments, offering refreshments and engaging confidently
- Promote Porsche products and services, including showroom transactions and payments
- Proactively engage customers to discuss products and provide advice
- Provide detailed information on Porsche offerings and Aftersales services
- Develop knowledge of competitors to better assist customers
Candidate profile
To succeed, you should have:
- Experience in a front-facing role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and time management abilities
Rewards and working hours
The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. The salary is £13.29/hour (£25,000/year approx.) plus up to £3,000 bonus annually. Benefits include: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Option for leasing a VW group vehicle at preferential rates.
