Our client is looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to join their growing business in Bracknell.
As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading the operational and logistics functions of this ecommerce business.
You will be responsible for managing, optimising and continuously improving the end-to-end supply chain, from supplier and freight forwarder through to warehouse, final-mile delivery and the customer.
What you'll be doing The role of Operations & Supply Chain Manager has overall responsibility for inventory management, order fulfilment, supply chain planning, inbound freight, warehousing, delivery performance and returns across multiple warehouse locations and logistics partners.
Working closely with the Merchandising, Product, Finance, and Customer Care teams, you will ensure that operational processes are efficient, commercially effective and capable of supporting the continued growth and scalability of the business.
Your key responsibilities will include
