Porsche Retail Group is expanding our team and we have an excellent opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre Hatfield . The Porsche Centre is located by Hatfield Business Park and has staff parking, a gym close by, a newly refurbished staff area which has a pool table, darts and a TV. The Porsche Centre is a 5-minute drive to The Galleria shopping centre and Hatfield Retail Park.

About the role
As an Aftersales Manager, you will lead the entire Aftersales Team by overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams. Responsibilities include:

•Review the allocation of work booked in by leading the planning meeting and identifying the resources
•Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
•Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department through the sale of labour and parts
•Designing and rolling out initiatives to support performance
•Monitor and improve divisional aftersales CSI
•Ensure aftersales processes and procedures meet quality requirements
•Support dealership Managers with aftersales related issues
•Holding weekly group review meetings with all members in their team and ensure documented in accordance with Porsche Service Dealer Review (PSDR)
•Hold monthly individual review meeting and set individual targets with all members of their team to ensure achievement of the targets are met
•Ensure full compliance to manufacturer’s policy regarding recall campaigns making sure all relevant staff are aware
•Control and manage facilities standards audit controls and quality checks on vehicles
•Identify individual team development needs, utilising a mix of personal/team coaching and formal training

About you
To be successful for the role of Aftersales Manager, you must have / be:

•Solid aftersales experience with an in-depth knowledge of both automotive service and parts operation
•A track record of delivering turnover and net profit growth
•A professional and calm approach with strong management skills
•The ability to influence change
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Previous experience within a management role from a motor trade environment
•Confident relationship builder with team and customers at all levels
•Able to deliver first class service to achieve company objectives and targets

About the rewards
For the role of Aftersales Manager, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.00am to 1.00pm.

There is a competitive basic salary on offer of circa £60,000 per annum, with an OTE of £100,000. You will also receive a fantastic benefits package, including:
