About the company
Our client is firmly established as the leading supplier in automotive point of sale items for the used car market. For over 35 years they have produced a range of stock products complimented by their bespoke manufacturing and in-house creative design service for customised products. They supply motor manufacturers, dealership groups, franchised & independent dealers, finance houses.

About the role
As Account Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Discuss and understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products
  • Initiate sales activity via phone and email from existing customer database
  • Follow up with emails and calls to ensure relationships with customers are maintained
  • Handle complaints or objections
  • Enter customers’ orders onto the system
  • Obtain all the relevant information needed to create accurate and correct orders such as purchase orders, invoice address, delivery address
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time
  • About you
    To be successful for the role of Account Manager, it would be desirable for you to have a background in account management, sales and/or customer services, and be looking for an opportunity to develop in this varied role. You will also have / be:

    The position has a competitive salary of £11ph to £13ph (circa £23,000 to £27,000 per annum) and benefits include:
