Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Receptionist / Showroom Host to work for one of the world\’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre Hatfield. This role is critical to the customer journey, by ensuring all customers of the Porsche Centre Hatfield, whether in person, by phone or by email, are provided with an outstanding customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, always representing Porsche Retail Group and the Porsche brand. When you are not hosting customers or responding to incoming phone calls or enquiries, you will be responsible for supervising the hosting/reception team, alongside completing generalist administration duties. If you\’re currently working in a customer-facing environment, ideally withing a franchised automotive dealership with supervisory experience, and have a passion for customer care, we\’d love to hear from you.
