In this role, you will:
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils and families
- Support children and young people who are vulnerable, at risk of exclusion, experiencing attendance difficulties or facing safeguarding concerns
- Undertake home visits and provide direct support to families
- Coordinate and contribute to Early Help and multi-agency support plans
- Work closely with external agencies, including children's services, health professionals, housing providers and community organisations
This is an ideal opportunity for a colleague who is ambitious, creative and enthusiastic about helping students to learn in a strong, supportive environment.
