Reports to: Marketing & Communications Director

We are looking for a highly organised and creative Social Media & Content Lead to manage ERDEM’s social media channels and help shape the brand’s content strategy. This role will be responsible for developing engaging content across platforms, driving audience growth and engagement, overseeing content production, and supporting the delivery of campaigns, fashion shows, and brand events.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with ERDEM’s brand identity and business objectives.
    • Stay up to date with platform trends, emerging features, and algorithm changes to optimise content performance and audience growth.
    • Identify opportunities to innovate across channels and test new formats.
  • Content Creation & Management
    • Create engaging and relevant content across social media platforms, including videos, stories, reels, and posts.
    • Drive visual and written excellence across all social channels, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
    • Curate user-generated content and community content opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Create, plan, and execute social media calendars, ensuring alignment with wider marketing objectives and maintaining an up-to-date Marketing Calendar.
  • Community Management
    • Actively engage with ERDEM’s audience across all platforms.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
    • Foster a strong sense of community and build meaningful relationships with followers and brand advocates.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant analytics platforms.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine content and channel strategies.
    • Produce regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement.
  • Campaign, Content & Production Support
    • Support the delivery of global campaign production, including shoot logistics, scheduling, and coordination across internal and external teams.
    • Assist with asset tracking, delivery timelines, and post-production workflows across campaign, e-commerce, and social content.
    • Coordinate day-to-day production requirements for campaigns, shoots, lookbooks, and seasonal content creation.
    • Support the briefing, scheduling, and delivery of creative assets across marketing channels.
    • Support the organisation of shoots and runway shows, commissioning content and liaising with creatives as required.
  • Social Content Production
    • Lead content capture across campaign shoots, fashion shows, retail activations, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
    • Coordinate asset distribution across social platforms and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across channels.
    • Work closely with creative teams and external partners to maximise content opportunities and output.
  • Fashion Show & Event Support
    • Support the wider team in the planning and execution of bi-annual fashion shows, presentations, retail activations, and brand events.
    • Develop and manage social content plans around key events to maximise reach and engagement.
    • Coordinate live and real-time content opportunities where appropriate.
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with the Press, Marketing, Retail, and E-Commerce teams.
    • Maintain open communication to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
    • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media & Content Lead or similar role within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, features, and best practices.
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience managing content production processes, asset workflows, and shoot coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the business, including the Creative Director & Founder.
  • Experience working across fashion shows, campaigns, events, and content production is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
