Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Ecommerce Content & Development Executive to support the day-to-day management of ERDEM’s ecommerce platform. This role will focus on maintaining a seamless user experience across ERDEM.com, managing development requests and optimising content updates across the site to align with trade, brand, and seasonal goals
Manage and update content across the ERDEM.com website, including homepage, navigation, landing pages, campaign assets, and collection pages in line with brand standards and trade goals.
Manage the ecommerce content calendar, working with marketing teams to ensure alignment across product drops, campaigns and site refreshes.
Assist in preparing content for new market launches or localisation initiatives, ensuring relevant navigation, messaging and assets are tailored to customer needs.
Work closely with the Ecommerce Trade Executive to ensure product launches, campaign assets and homepage updates are aligned and go live without issues.
Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to optimise content structure, improve page load times, and ensure metadata and tagging are implemented correctly.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to inform all stakeholders of finalised retail buy, curate available assets and determine need for new imagery to support key stories and investments.
Support email and CRM campaign planning by ensuring relevant onsite content, categories and pages are live in time for campaign drops.
Monitor website performance and flag bugs or issues promptly for resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer journey.
Help monitor and report on key performance metrics related to site engagement, bounce rate, and content-driven conversion opportunities.
Own the site enhancement briefing process and QA for our third-party development partner, ensuring tickets are prioritised, clearly scoped, and executed on time.
Support the execution of seasonal site enhancements, new features, and UX improvements, coordinating internal stakeholders and assisting in user testing as required.
Assist with the integration and QA of third-party tools and enhancements, such as personalisation modules, customer review systems or on-site recommendations.
Conduct regular audits of site content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and best-in-class presentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related field.
2+ years of experience in an ecommerce content, web operations or digital merchandising role, ideally in luxury or premium fashion.
Proven experience working with ecommerce CMS platforms (Shopify preferred)
Familiarity with project or ticketing management tools such as Trello, Jira or Asana.
Good understanding of UX principles, responsive web design, and how content structure affects conversion and engagement.
Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS principles and able to communicate effectively with developers.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar or similar to inform decisions.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and communicative team player, comfortable working across departments.
Proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience managing QA processes and conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for site changes and new features, desirable.
