The Role:

Provide an exceptional customer experience by helping customers choose high-quality furniture and home accessories while representing the ercol brand. Achieve sales targets through excellent product knowledge, relationship building, and outstanding customer service.

Experience in the furniture sector is desirable, but not essential. However, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of growing and developing sales, coupled with an enthusiasm and desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a friendly, professional service.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable furniture and home furnishing solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ercol products, materials, craftsmanship, and design features.
  • Advise trade customers and their clients on suitable products for their project.
  • Process sales transactions accurately.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and provide after-sales support where required.
  • Maintain attractive showroom displays and ensure products are presented to a high standard.
  • Assist with stock management, deliveries, and inventory checks.
