Erased Tapes is an independent record label founded in 2007, based in London, representing an international and diverse roster of artists including Rival Consoles, Penguin Cafe, Peter Broderick, Hatis Noit, Kiasmos, Sheherazaad, Tyondai Braxton, and many more.
We are currently seeking a part-time label, studio and event assistant to join us as we enter our 20th year of sonic exploration.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the music industry, a set of skills within the field of content creation for marketing, studio and event organisation, and an open mind.
The role provides the opportunity to join a team of passionate and creative people at an esteemed London recording company.
- Tasks and responsibilities
- Work closely with the label team to assist in the day-to-day workings of Erased Tapes in-person at our E9 London office
- Create digital assets (photos, videos, banners, posters) across relevant campaigns
- Organise and be an on-the-day contact for studio sessions
- Manage the organisation of bespoke events such as intimate performances, book readings, workshops, film screenings, and more in our Sound Gallery space
- Desired skills and experience

- A keen sense of organisation and detail
- The ability to multitask and problem solve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1-2 years experience within the music industry
- Experience working with artists and managers
- Prior recording studio experience
- Prior public-facing service experience
- Photography and/or videography skills
- Systems experience
- Mac OS
- Google Workspace
- Adobe Suite
- Microsoft Office
- Pro Tools/Ableton desirable
