Converting legacy industrial and energy sites into modern data‑centre facilities, Era4 is combining brownfield regeneration opportunities with cleaner, efficient, scalable compute capacity for healthcare, research, finance, enterprise, and public‑sector organisations.
You’ll step in as a Technical Project Manager leading procurement and logistics workstreams end‑to‑end, driving delivery with clarity, structure, and momentum. You’ll coordinate across internal teams, finance, commercial stakeholders, and external suppliers to maintain a single, accurate view of purchase orders, contract milestones, and delivery schedules. You’ll ensure disciplined execution by tracking spend against budget, managing supplier performance against SLAs, escalating issues appropriately, and keeping all operational documentation audit‑ready. Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and logistics workstreams end-to-end, coordinating across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Own the operational project plan for procurement activities, tracking purchase orders, contract milestones, and delivery schedules in a single, accurate view.
- Work closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure spend is tracked against budget and any variances are flagged and resolved promptly.
- Maintain supplier relationships on a day-to-day basis, managing performance against SLAs and escalating issues through the appropriate channels.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of procurement and logistics processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Ensure all operational documentation - contracts, delivery records, compliance evidence - is accurately and always maintained and audit‑ready.
