We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our global executive team. This role also includes responsibility for coordinating Project Management across multiple business streams and supporting the delivery of key events throughout the year. Based in our West Malling (Maidstone) office, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation during a period of growth and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide proactive, confidential EA support to Directors, including individual and group diary management and correspondence.

· Work with the management teams to coordinate and manage projects involving cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met.

· Plan, organise, and deliver internal and external events, including promotion, enrolment, logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis.

· Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and communications.

· Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders at all levels.

· Support with travel arrangements, meeting administration, and other ad hoc tasks as required.

About You

· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite leadership.

· Strong Project Management skills, able to coordinate complex, multi-stream initiatives.

· Demonstrable Event Management experience, from concept to execution.

· High emotional intelligence and confidence dealing with stakeholders across a wide and diverse business.

· Global mindset to understand and interact with other languages and cultures.

· Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

· High levels of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

· Proficiency in MS Office and other commonly used software solutions.

· Familiarity with project management disciplines and applicable software.

Salary and Benefits:

· The salary offered will be dependent on demonstrable skills & experience.

· Currently operating hybrid working, with 3 days minimum in the West Malling office.

· Plenty of free on-site parking.

· Casual dress code.
