ERA Group is looking for an Italian-speaking Appointment Setter to support franchise recruitment activities within Italy and other designated territories. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, LinkedIn sourcing experience, and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Source and engage prospective franchise candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct outreach in both English and Italian.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Schedule appointments and introductory meetings.
- Manage candidate pipelines and CRM records.
- Support recruitment campaigns targeting the Italian market.
- Maintain regular follow-up activity with prospective candidates.
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in appointment setting, recruitment, sales support, or lead generation.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outreach experience.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
