About the Role

The ERA Academy team is the learning and development function of ERA Group, providing training to franchisees across our global network. This role sits at the heart of our digital training capability - responsible for delivering, managing, and continually improving how franchisees learn to use ERA’s systems, tools, and processes. You’ll be the bridge between our technical platforms and the business owners who use them. Our franchisee network spans multiple countries and includes people with varying levels of English language fluency, so the ability to communicate with real clarity - adjusting your style and pace without losing accuracy - is essential. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role. You’ll be delivering live virtual training, maintaining our LMS, building eLearning content, and playing a key role in the rollout of Athena - ERA’s bespoke in-house platform that brings together CRM, project management, and data analysis and reporting in one system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery
    • Deliver training across virtual, in-person, and blended formats to franchisees on ERA systems and tools, with a primary focus on the Athena platform.
    • Adapt delivery style to suit varied audiences - from new franchisees to experienced business owners, and across a range of English language abilities.
    • Cover sessions across the team when needed - this is a team that rolls up its sleeves and supports one another.
  • Athena Platform Training
    • Take ownership of training delivery for Athena - ERA’s bespoke platform combining CRM, project management, and data analysis and reporting.
    • Translate complex system functionality into clear, practical learning for non-technical users.
    • Support each stage of the Athena rollout by delivering structured training to franchisees globally.
    • Work closely with IT and product teams to stay current on platform developments and reflect these in training materials.
