Location: Hybrid role with access to our Kings Hill office
ERA Group is seeking a proactive and organised Appointment Setter to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on lead generation, candidate engagement, appointment setting, and CRM management across a number of territories.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential franchise candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Generate and qualify leads for the Talent Acquisition team
- Schedule appointments and introductory meetings
- Manage candidate pipelines across multiple territories
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM system
- Conduct follow-up communications via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Support recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives
- Previous experience in appointment setting, recruitment, sales support, or lead generation
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outreach experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
