ERA Group is looking for an Italian-speaking Appointment Setter to support franchise recruitment activities within Italy and other designated territories. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, LinkedIn sourcing experience, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage prospective franchise candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Conduct outreach in both English and Italian.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Schedule appointments and introductory meetings.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and CRM records.
  • Support recruitment campaigns targeting the Italian market.
  • Maintain regular follow-up activity with prospective candidates.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, recruitment, sales support, or lead generation.
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outreach experience.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
