East Midlands – Chesterfield, Derby, Nottingham or Leicester – agile working with travel

£35,000 p.a. + uncapped commission (earnings could be c£85K OTE)

The Company:

Our client is a dynamic and well-established business support organisation working with a wide range of corporate partners and commercial stakeholders. They are seeking a talented Commercial Partnership Executive to manage and grow key business relationships and drive new commercial opportunities across the East Midlands region.

Role & Responsibilities of the Commercial Partnership Executive:

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of strategic partners, sponsors, and commercial members.
  • Ensure all partnership agreements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Proactively identify upselling opportunities to maximise value for both the organisation and partners.
  • Develop tailored Account Action Plans and manage the full renewal process.
  • Oversee a portfolio of up to 100 high-potential members, identifying relevant commercial opportunities and supporting their business goals.
  • Engage in traditional sales and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
  • Liaise cross-functionally with marketing, policy, accounts, media, and senior stakeholders to ensure consistency in delivery and communication.
  • Evaluate and report on commercial activity, ROI, and media value.

About You as the Commercial Partnership Executive:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a proactive sales or business development role.
  • Proven success managing senior client relationships and driving revenue.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in delivering presentations and tailoring commercial proposals.
  • Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple priorities.
  • Analytical with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • IT literate with CRM experience and data analysis skills.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to own transport – travel across the East Midlands is essential for the role
