Job Summary:
The Global HR Administrator and Recruiter is responsible for performing a variety of global human resources administrative tasks while also managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This role ensures smooth HR operations and is critical in attracting and onboarding high-quality talent to ER Productions. We are looking for individuals who are passionate, enthusiastic and driven to put people-first, at all times. An awareness of the live events industry and its challenges is beneficial but not essential. Great candidates will be able to demonstrate positivity, professionalism and proactivity. The role is based at our HQ in Dartford so you must be able to easily commute. It is primarily an administrative role; however, personal skillset and work ethic is of the highest priority to support the culture at ER. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with regulations and company policy.
- Administer new hire onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting initial system setup.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related correspondence, such as employment contracts, new hire letters, and termination documents.
- Manage employee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate and timely data on new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies in all administrative tasks.
- Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition approval, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide recruitment expertise.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate data is current and accurate.
- Attend career fairs and networking events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an HR administrative or recruiting role (essential)
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR administrative processes and full-cycle recruitment techniques. Familiarity with employment laws and best practices. (Essential) CIPD level 3 or above
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent understanding and experience using google suite and software administration. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
