Equus Solutions Analysts are aligned within the Equus Sales organization and are focused on technology related support for sales initiatives. Solutions Analysts have the ability to contribute to the design of solutions/ processes that are innovative and creative, to meet prospects’ needs and that showcases functionality, within our various products. They work with sales team members to identify opportunities to gain efficiencies within prospects’ Global Mobility programs, through the introduction of Equus technology solutions. They are also comfortable discussing Global Mobility Trends and topics and how Equus fits to prospects at industry events where they represent the company.

The Solutions Analyst supports the Equus sales team by assisting with sales and marketing initiatives including but not limited to: RFP response support; demo site preparation and maintenance; sandbox configuration; and preparation for internal and external marketing events. While configuration activities are key to this role, innovation and solution design are very important components. Innovation and problem solving also extends to existing sales team processes and consulting with wider teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis of requirements from prospects

Supporting Solution Design for prospect demos/sandboxes/proof of concepts

Demo/Sandbox/Proof of Concept configuration tailored to prospect needs and client facing documentation

Support in the configuration of the baseline site

Keep track of the most recent application enhancements and where appropriate incorporate them into demo sites

Ongoing development and enhancements to demo sites, sales presentations, and training materials

Ownership of demo/sandbox requests as appropriate
-
Coordination across teams to ensure sales, marketing and enhancement projects have the appropriate visibility and input
-
Ensuring prospect product enhancements are fed into the queue.

Proposal support

Participate in the preparation of marketing events, conferences, demos and other presentations to prospects, clients and internal Equus team

Seek out information about both the relocation/ global mobility industry and software industries, and apply that knowledge to day-to-day activities
