About Workia
Workia is a purpose-built global mobility management platform that helps HR and mobility teams plan, organise, and track employee moves all in one central, modern system, bringing structure, control, and automation to processes that are often scattered across spreadsheets and email. It adds real value by making mobility tech easy to adopt and use from day one with out-of-the-box features like cost estimates, approval workflows, task tracking, mobile apps, dashboards, and integrations with tools like Workday, Outlook/Gmail, and an ecosystem of 80+ vendor partners, reducing risk and manual work while increasing visibility and collaboration. What makes Workia unique is its combination of simplicity, speed of adoption (no lengthy implementation required), and deep focus on the specific needs of mobility teams, giving organisations a smart, secure, and purpose-fit solution.
Why You’ll Love This Role
At Workia, you’ll get the chance to shape how global companies modernise their global mobility processes. You’ll be the person opening conversations with HR leaders, tax teams and global mobility managers/people who genuinely need a simpler, smarter way to manage employee moves. You’ll get:
- A product that’s easy to pitch — simple, modern, and solves real pain (and it looks better than anything else out there).
- Ownership from day one — you’ll lead outreach and experiment with new prospecting approaches.
- A clear path to grow — strong performers move fast here, into a senior SDR or full AE role.
- Direct visibility — you’ll work closely with leadership and shape our go-to-market strategy as we scale.
If you like autonomy, variety, and being part of a small team where your work is noticed, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify targets in global mobility, HR, tax and people ops. Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and phone to create demand and book meetings. Attend industry events, speak confidently with prospects, and build follow-up pipelines. Test messaging, refine sequences, and create personalised outreach that cuts through.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound interest to understand business needs, timelines, and fit. Run short intro calls and hand high-quality opportunities to the founders/sales team. Maintain structured notes in Salesforce for reliable follow-up.
- Pipeline Development: Hit weekly goals for outreach volume, conversations, and meetings booked. Support marketing campaigns and help build retargeting lists. Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date.
- Product & Market Knowledge: Become an expert in global mobility pain points and Workia’s value. Understand how companies currently manage relocations and why Workia is easier and faster. Share insights with the team to help improve messaging and product direction.
