Come Ski with us! Equity are looking for outgoing, organised skiers or boarders to work as company representatives for our school groups on their ski trips. Applications are open for our 2026/2027 Ski Season, and we are specifically looking for Italian speakers.
Accompanying our school groups from the UK, you will travel with the group, assist with check in, organise ski fitting, liaise between the school’s Party Leader, and support our communications with hoteliers and other suppliers. You will also deliver and support an evening entertainments programme for the trip; this might include quizzes and karaoke in the hotel, escorting groups to activities or restaurants in the local area.
This is the perfect opportunity for those who cannot commit to a full season but want some time on the slopes and are confident communicating with all types of people. In return for your services, we pay a competitive wage as well as cover your return travel from a UK departure point (airport or ferry), ski pass, ski hire and insurance.
We are committed to safer recruitment practices and require all our representatives to have a basic DBS check prior to departure. All reps must have the right to work in the UK. This includes a permanent UK address, UK bank account, a national insurance number and hold a UK passport/suitable visa.
Essential experience:
- Ski industry knowledge and experience

- Ability to solve problems/make sensible judgements to support and assist teachers
Desirable experience:
- Experience in the education sector
- Previous working with children
- Language skills of our destinations: French, Spanish, German or Italian.
- Good resort knowledge
