Equity is an ambitious school tour operator based in Brighton. For nearly 90 years, we’ve been working with schools, colleges and clubs to deliver bespoke trips all over the world, creating lasting memories. We have a diverse team of people who are passionate about travel and its ability to help people learn and grow. We're also a business that respects and develops its people - and that starts from the recruitment process where we commit to give feedback on every application received.
Our Ski Resort Reps are at the heart of every Equity ski trip, working closely with suppliers, guests and office staff to deliver an amazing experience for our groups. Your role begins before our guests even arrive, managing the logistics of their stay and ensuring we can deliver on our promises. After greeting our school groups at the airport you’ll support our party leaders throughout their stay and ensure they have everything they need for a successful, safe trip. You will organise lift passes and ski lessons and activities or excursions for the group such as bowling, ice skating and quizzes at the hotel. You’ll be on hand to resolve any issues that crop up and any requests the party leader may have.
We’re looking for people with excellent customer service skills and awareness of the needs of teachers leading our school groups. Ideally you will have experience working with children. The role requires someone with knowledge of the ski industry and the logistics of organising group ski trips. It’s beneficial if you have a good level of ski/snowboard ability so you can join in with ski lessons! Strong organisational skills are essential as are excellent all round communication skills. As this role is based in Claviere, Italy, ideally you’ll be able to speak some Italian and have some knowledge of the local resort.
First and foremost you will have a positive, helpful and flexible approach and take pride in delivering an unforgettable ski holiday for our groups. You’ll be confident handling last minute changes and unforeseen events and be unfazed by long hours. Building and maintaining good relationships with guests and local suppliers will be something that comes naturally to you. You’ll have a full clean driving licence ideally with experience driving in Europe.
This is a seasonal role and you’ll need to be available from January 2027 until March 2027. We are also particularly welcoming applications from candidates with European and Irish passports. To apply for this role you must have the right to work in the UK. This includes a permanent UK address, UK bank account, have a national insurance number and hold a UK passport/suitable visa. You will also need to complete a DBS check before starting the role.
We're open to applications from all backgrounds. We are a Disability Confident Employer and if we need to make any adjustments during the selection process just let us know.
