For over 90 years, we’ve been working with schools, colleges and clubs to deliver bespoke trips all over the world, creating lasting memories. About the role

Working within a team of Tour Coordinators, your role is to progress the organisation of our trips, ensuring our customers receive a great experience through seamless communication at every step of their journey. As the main point of contact for teachers and group leaders, you’ll handle all queries and use all interactions to build connections and long lasting relationships. You'll also build strong relationships with our external partners, making reservations and securing a good experience for our customers with our suppliers. It's an opportunity to learn, grow and develop a career within the travel industry.

About the person

We’re looking for someone who is able to build relationships with others to get the best experience for our Party Leaders and students whilst ensuring each and every trip is profitable for us. You'll be unphased by handling a large volume of bookings with accuracy and attention to detail. You should also be keen to learn more about our products and destinations, with a genuine interest in travel.

Work Arrangements

This role offers hybrid working with at least 3 days a week based in our Brighton office and 4 days during our busy winter season.
