Equity is an ambitious school tour operator based in Brighton. About the Role

As an Operations Administrator, you will support our HR and Operational Delivery team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • HR and Recruitment – Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants, organising interviews, preparing contracts, and managing compliance matters (references, DBS checks, safeguarding training).
  • Administrative Support – Data entry, tracking and updating information, managing shared inboxes, proactively contacting employees to ensure timely submission of required documents and answering employee queries.
  • Operational Support – Administering resort allocations, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with training events, and managing equipment and uniforms.

  • Proficiency in Office tools, including Excel and Outlook
  • Good IT literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems

Work Arrangements

We are looking for the successful candidate to start in November 2025. This is a full time role (36.25 hours per week) and offers hybrid working (at least 3 days per week in the Brighton office).
