For 90 years, we’ve been working with schools, colleges, and clubs to deliver bespoke trips all over the world, creating lasting memories. We have a diverse team of people who are passionate about travel and its ability to help people learn and grow.

About the role: Working within a team of Tour Coordinators, your role is to progress the organisation of our trips, ensuring our customers receive a great experience through seamless communication at every step of their journey. As the main point of contact for teachers and group leaders, you’ll handle all queries and use all interactions to build connections and long-lasting relationships. You’ll also build strong relationships with our external partners, making reservations and securing a good experience for our customers with our suppliers. About the skills, knowledge, and experience we’re after:

  • Strong organisation and admin skills
  • A good command of all MS Office applications
  • An interest in travel and knowledge about some of our destinations
  • Fluency in a European language (French, Italian, Spanish, German) would be an advantage

About the person: We’re looking for someone who can build relationships with others to get the best experience for our Party Leaders and students whilst ensuring each trip is profitable for us. You should be comfortable handling a large volume of bookings with accuracy and attention to detail. A genuine interest in travel and eagerness to learn more about our products and destinations are essential.

Work Arrangements: This role offers hybrid working with at least 3 days a week based in our Brighton office and 4 days during our busy winter season. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.
