We are looking for kind and caring people to join our team as Personal Care Assistants, to provide the best in dedicated care & support to the children & adults who use our services. Equity of Services for All is a new vibrant social care provider, established in April 2022. We are passionate about the people we support, their relatives and our team members. We want to be able to recruit the best people, so we continue to provide a quality personalised support service that is tailored to the needs and wants of our clients.
Working within a supportive team, you will be helping to provide the best possible, person-centred care to our clients to help them feel right at home, whilst ensuring to help maintain their independence, dignity and, above all, control of their own lives. Whether you have qualifications, experience or are keen to learn, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing high standards of personal physical and emotional support and care to our clients, in conjunction with their support plans.
- Support with everyday living tasks with a tailored, people-centred approach, dependent on each individual's needs, which could include medication.
- Supporting clients to be as active and independent as possible within their community.
- Reporting any wellbeing/safeguarding concerns.
- Where appropriate ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy and safe.
Criteria:
You will be required to be registered with the SSSC and PVG scheme for this role. Full support will be given for you to achieve this.
Services:
We provide a range of services that we are recruiting for and these include: Home support, Community Support, Day and night shift. Various hours from 2 - 12 hours. Early morning & evening support.

- Initiative to work alone but also a team player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
