Finance Project Lead

Interim Integrations Finance Consultant Hybrid/remote To £750 per day Our client is a PE backed buy and build group. The CFO is seeking an experienced interim to support the integrations of recent acquisitions. You would be required to set out and implement an on-boarding methodology and undertake a full review of the controls and process. This would suit an experienced interim manager, and we expect the project to run for a minimum of 6 months which may extend longer. Responsibilities include: Responsibility for integrations of acquired companies Review of control, process and systems to develop and implement “On-Boarding” methodology setting out integration process that support the operating model and growth plans High level process review delivering improvements across the finance function ensuring high service levels Review of current systems and evaluation of fitness of purpose. Ensure strong financial controls and driving a mindset of continuous improvement. Support the management reporting and development of improved board packs Key requirements for the role: Professionally qualified Accountant Track record of managing successful integrations in a high growth environment. Strong technical knowledge of statutory accounting, in particular of implementing a strong control environment Experienced in controllership and team management Experienced in SaaS and recurring revenue models
