We are looking for a Senior Energy Analyst who will deliver high-quality customer services to the clients within their portfolio by managing complex queries and supporting the Client Managers. As a Senior Energy Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive analysis of flexible contract offers, including supplier terms and conditions, to our customers in partnership with our Account Management team. Alongside this, you will be responsible for keeping internal teams updated on any developments within the energy market. Central to the role will be the ability to forge strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will work alongside the Client Manager and closely with other members of the client management team to support the customer, internal sales agents, and third-party intermediaries. You will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the completion of the contractual process for new and repeat clients alongside other energy services offered. You will also be working with complex data and producing reports for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Updating and producing reports for the wider business
- Assisting with client queries in line with service level agreements
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers and partners
- Contract management
- Preparing and leading client meetings
- Collating sales, renewals and customer figures for both the SME and corporate teams
- Drafting and production of external correspondence
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Assisting with any other ad-hoc work that is required
- Portfolio management of large clients
- To provide quality delivery to clients within the portfolio and ensuring client service level agreements are met
- Ensure you support clients with: Data reporting, Portfolio management including Change of Tenancies and site additions
- Query management - Responsible for resolving client issues with energy suppliers/other industry parties etc
- Provide KPI reporting to the Senior Client Manager on your clients
- Potential travel to client sites
The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate the following values:
- Industry experience – that is, business to business energy procurement and management of services experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong organisational skills
