Together, we’re on a mission to make net zero both possible and profitable—and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s ready to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK to grow our customer base
- Leading with our Net Zero Consultancy and energy management solutions to offer a truly holistic approach
- Pitching our unique energy solutions—including our funded MY ZEERO platform and reverse auction technology—to key stakeholders
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospects through relationship-building and proactive outreach
- Collaborating with internal teams to create winning strategies and tailored proposals
- Attending industry events and networking to generate leads and raise our profile
- Keeping accurate records of all activity in Salesforce CRM and forecasting your sales achievements
- Reporting to the Sales Director and working towards ambitious quarterly and annual targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling Net Zero and/or Energy Management solutions
- Knowledge of the UK energy supply and procurement market
- A track record of securing new business and delivering profitable, value-driven proposals
- Experience pitching to senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Motivated self-starter with excellent organisation and time management
- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-based selling
- Driven by results, targets, and the opportunity to grow your role as we grow the business
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
