What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the UK, expanding our customer base and market share
- Champion our Net Zero Consultancy and integrated energy management solutions, positioning us as a trusted sustainability partner
- Deliver persuasive pitches of our innovative offerings – including the funded MY ZEERO platform and reverse auction technology – to senior decision-makers
- Build, nurture, and manage a robust pipeline of high-value prospects through proactive outreach and relationship-driven engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored, commercially compelling strategies and proposals
- Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and conferences to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility
- Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records, ensuring transparency across pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Report directly to the Sales Director, consistently driving toward ambitious quarterly and annual growth targets

- Dynamic communicator with persuasive presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with strong organisation and time-management abilities
- Experienced in both cold outreach and strategic, relationship-based selling
