About the role: We are hiring a Marketing Graduate to work closely with the founders and wider team across content, growth and marketing execution. This is not a corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone hungry, creative, organised and commercially aware, who wants to learn quickly and get stuck in. The right person will gain hands-on exposure across content, social media, campaign thinking, creative coordination and customer acquisition.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the founders and wider team on marketing execution
- Assisting with content planning and day to day marketing activity
- Helping coordinate shoots, creatives and content production
- Working with editors, designers, videographers and creators
- Supporting campaign ideas, social content and launches
- Assisting the wider marketing and paid ads function
- Helping bring structure and consistency to the marketing output of the business
- Learning how content, growth and customer acquisition work together in a fast moving environment
What we are looking for:
- A recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Based in the UK and within commuting distance of London
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship now or in the future
- Hungry, proactive and eager to learn
- Strong interest in content, social media, growth and marketing
- Organised, switched on and comfortable working at pace
- Excited by the opportunity to work closely with founders and grow into a bigger role over time
Relevant background: Some internship, placement year, freelance or part-time experience in marketing, content, social media or growth would be helpful. Experience in fintech, trading, financial services, performance-led ecommerce, digital consumer brands, agencies or other fast growth businesses would also be a plus, but is not essential.
This role is not for:
- Candidates outside the UK
- Candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Highly experienced marketers
- People looking for a slow moving corporate environment
