PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy office, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment. Act as first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers; handle enquiries via phone and email, always providing professional and friendly service. Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff and project teams. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and service contracts; liaise with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and deliveries. Develop and maintain administrative processes (filing, document templates, reporting systems) to improve efficiency and consistency. Support internal and external communications: prepare correspondence, presentations, and basic reports. Assist with onboarding of new staff, including workstation setup, key/access allocation, and induction packs. Produce regular reports for management (e.g., office costs, attendance logs, basic project or activity summaries). Monitor and implement office health and safety procedures, escalating issues where necessary.
