Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process risk and aggregate data entries across core underwriting and operational systems within agreed service levels.
- Conduct data quality control checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
- Process and validate underwriting and claims market messages, investigating and resolving exceptions, failures, and queries where required.
- Provide operational support to underwriting teams to ensure efficient transaction processing and smooth day-to-day workflow.
- Support the achievement of team service standards and performance targets through effective workload management.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, controls, and efficiencies as part of a continuous improvement culture.
- Build strong working relationships with underwriting teams and key internal stakeholders across multiple lines of business.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Lloyd's or London Market insurance operations.
- Strong understanding of syndicate operations, delegated authority, and open market business processes.
- Familiarity with London Market systems such as PPL and Whitespace.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
