This role plays a key part in supporting the effectiveness of the organisation’s compliance framework through assurance activities, regulatory monitoring, policy management, and mandatory training oversight. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned compliance assurance and monitoring activities in line with the annual compliance plan
- Assess the effectiveness of compliance controls, policies, and standards across key risk areas
- Coordinate and oversee mandatory compliance training programmes, working with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Monitor training completion rates and support reporting through collaboration with HR and relevant teams
- Maintain compliance manuals, codes of conduct, and mandatory policy documentation
- Prepare and collate management information for senior leadership, boards, and committees
- Support the wider compliance function in delivering responsive and high-quality advisory support to the business
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across compliance processes and reporting
