Help scale EquiTie from $100m toward $1bn AUM and build the AI-powered investment platform behind it. EquiTie is a profitable, founder-led private-markets investment platform. Since 2019, we have grown from $100k to $100m AUM without external funding. Our investment track record includes OpenAI, SpaceX, Groq, Figure AI and Poppi. We are now building the next generation of EquiTie: a product-led platform and investor app using AI to improve sourcing, diligence, investment decisions and the investor experience.

You will work directly with the founder and investment team across live deals and platform development. We are hiring at Associate level but will also consider exceptional Investment Analysts ready to take on broader ownership.

What you’ll do

  • Evaluate early-stage and growth-stage opportunities across AI/ML, robotics, deep tech, SaaS, consumer and adjacent sectors.
  • Build financial and operating models covering valuation, unit economics, cash flow, runway, scenarios and investment returns.
  • Turn company data, founder conversations and market research into concise investment memos and clear recommendations.
  • Stress-test assumptions, identify downside cases and support due diligence, structuring and investment decisions.
  • Support portfolio companies with strategic, fundraising and runway analysis.
  • Use AI and automation to improve research, workflows, data quality and EquiTie’s investor product.

What you’ll bring

  • Typically 3-5 years in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction services, corporate development, startup finance or another highly analytical role.
  • Strong financial modelling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Clear thinking, commercial judgement and concise written communication.
  • Genuine interest in startups, private markets and frontier technology.
  • The ability to take ownership and operate effectively in a lean, fast-moving team.
  • Exceptional candidates outside the stated experience range are welcome. No specific degree, MBA or CFA is required. We care most about analytical ability, judgement, curiosity and evidence of impact.

What you’ll get

  • Direct exposure to high-quality private-market opportunities and investment decisions.
  • A central role in scaling a profitable platform from $100m toward $1bn AUM.
  • The opportunity to help build an AI-native investment product, not merely use one.
  • A highly competitive salary plus meaningful equity participation.
  • Private health insurance and an annual wellness budget.
  • Hybrid working from our London office, flexible hours and substantial progression potential as the company scales.

You do not need to meet every criterion. If the opportunity is compelling and you can demonstrate strong analytical ability, sound judgement and a serious interest in private markets, we encourage you to apply. No cover letter required.
