Equitas Group in Tonbridge is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN, helping them engage with learning and develop confidence, communication and independence.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver personalised support, promote positive behaviour and create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
