About the Role: A Secondary school are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology & Sociology Teacher to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who can teach GCSE Psychology and has the ability to deliver A-Level Sociology. The position is available on a full time basis. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging lessons in GCSE Psychology and A-Level Sociology. * Assess, monitor, and support student progress, ensuring high standards of achievement. * Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. * Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. * Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning. * Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as needed. * Participate in department meetings, training, and school events. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred but not essential for strong candidates. * Proven experience in teaching GCSE Psychology. * Ability to teach A-Level Sociology effectively. * Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students. * Excellent classroom management and communication skills. * A commitment to student development and academic excellence.
